About || Hank Courson

Hank is a highly skilled financial executive with more than 25 years' experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, corporate accounting, treasury, tax, investor relations, corporate development, insurance and leadership.  He works across the organization to model the business for growth, develop potential responses to likely scenarios (good and bad), align new initiatives with monetization, drive cash management improvements, and deploy resources and investments to drive new revenue.  

He is the President of StratLEV Advisors, LLC and advises corporations and investors in the areas of debt capital / refinancings, aligning capital & tax structures, debt compliance, SPAC / IPO prep, budget & cash burn analysis, IR and banker introductions.  Previously, he was the SVP of Finance at Solera, Inc., a provider of risk and asset management software and solutions, where he was instrumental in the company's $7.1 billion take-private transaction (debt and equity).  He also served as VP and Treasurer at Intelsat S.A., the world's largest global satellite service provider, where his contributions were instrumental in managing one of the most complex capital structures in the U.S., built over the course of two LBO's, culminating in the company's IPO.

Hank is active in industry & professional events for both publicly traded and private sponsored companies.  He also serves on industry committees and am a frequent speaker and discussion leader at industry events.
